Terms, Conditions, and Boring Legal Things
1: Anyone can use my website. Unless you're a weirdo. Then don't. I don't want anyone having a weird obsession with my game. It's just a game.
2: I'm not selling anything on this website. That happens on Kickstarter.
3: I have every right to change the product I am offering. But I probably won't. Don't worry. If I did, I would only add to what I offer, not take it away.
4:
You are legally not allowed to steal any of the drawings from my game and my website or anything, because it's mine. Deal with it. If you do, I will be sad. And you will be in prison. Or fined... I don't exactly know yet. Depends on what you do.
5: All of the drawings and logos on this website are MINE!!! You are legally not allowed to steal any of the drawings from my game and my website or anything, because it's all mine.
*insert evil laugh here*
Deal with it. If you do, I will be sad. And you will be in prison. Or fined... I don't exactly know yet. Depends on what you do. I'll sue you anyhow.
6: I have every right to remove your subscription. Tough.
7: If you lose cards, I have provided you with extra cards. If you lose the game, it's your fault, not mine. If the game is lost in the post, please contact us, and we will look into it. If it is truly lost, we will give you another one.
8: The post can be stupid. We are not responsible for any lost items in the post, but we will try to send you another one if this happens.
9: I have every right to change the terms and conditions. Deal with it. But it probably will only happen when this game becomes a legitimate product. Currently, this is a pretty chilled T's and C's. But I do have rights to my drawings, logo and game. That does not change.
10: Currently, my preferred form of settling a legal dispute is making me cookies, and never doing it again. But if what you do is bad, such as taking my intellectual property, I will sue you.
11: Please contact me at thatbirdgame@gmail.com.
Please don't send me weird stuff. I don't want that.
Apart from the above, enjoy the game, website and everything else.
